Armed with only my camera and my love for photography, I set out to absorb real life in all of its raw form and preserve its beauty forever. ABOUT ME
The only thing that surpasses my passion for photography is my faith in God and the love I have for my son. Photography has always been a passion of mine, capturing moments of love, life and loss. Creating memories that will last generation after generation is a practice I hold near and dear to my heart, as I knew from the youthful age of 13 that I would commit my life to studying and learning about photography. Coming from a small town in Michigan where dreams are just things we watch on TV and hardly ever come into fruition, I made the commitment to myself to not let anyone or anything distract me from pursuing my dream of owning a photography studio. With years of being self taught along with studying art and photography in school and over 15 years of photography experience in Charlotte, NC I have now turned my dreams into a reality. I never thought what was my outlet as a middle child with 5 siblings in a small town would turn into a passion filled purposeful dream that is now my waking, living and breathing reality! I am now the proud business owner and founder of RL Memories, a photography studio in Charlotte, NC!
